Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and training team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and creating a friendly and clean restaurant environment. Key duties include conducting onboarding and training, recognizing employee performance, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining high performance in guest service and food quality. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to a safe and respectful workplace.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Completed Team Leader training classes and certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of a shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.
- Ability to listen to guests' orders and operate a cash register
- Ability to perform all management functions and use all workstations
