Job Summary
Lead team members in providing a great guest experience by acting as the first-line operational supervisor. Create a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment while managing daily activities to achieve excellence in operational performance. Model behavior that motivates and inspires others, train staff, and provide continuous coaching. Maintain strong awareness of food quality and safety standards while performing basic administrative duties that require shifting priorities. Work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
