Job Summary
Supervise and train team members on workstation operations while ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and standards. Conduct on-boarding and training, provide feedback, recognize employees, and ensure personal cleanliness. Maintain visibility with guests to respond to concerns and complaints professionally, holding the team accountable for exceptional service and food quality. Create a friendly, clean, and safe environment that motivates staff to achieve high performance. Requires Team Leader training certification, English proficiency, and the ability to perform all management functions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Completed Team Leader training classes and certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Willingly accepts responsibility
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of a shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to perform all management functions
- Ability to use all workstations
