Job Summary
Team Leader for Korean subtitle team responsible for stabilizing and growing the organization, designing and implementing the team’s direction, onboarding and education curricula, standardizing processes, and leading AI-subtitle/translation technology adoption. Key duties include overall team operations, establishing quality standards for subtitles, performance management and staffing plans, coordinating with global clients and regional teams, and shaping team culture to enable members to deliver top-tier localization services.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in subtitling/localization
- 3+ years of team leadership/management experience
- Business-level English and Korean communication
- Strategic judgment and rapid execution for AI tool adoption
- Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and decision-making leadership
