Job Summary
Team Leader, Insurance Operations responsible for developing and supporting staff, coordinating team activities to meet goals, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties include coaching and performance reviews, creating individualized coaching plans, addressing behavior issues with HR and management, serving as a technical/workflow resource across data systems, CRM, policy management, and training, handling and documenting escalations, participating in management meetings, coordinating staff schedules, and assisting with interview processes. Requires an insurance license and broker experience; senior broker or peer coach experience preferred; strong computer skills; ability to work independently and in a team; post-secondary education preferred. Role offers in-office, hybrid, and fully remote work options in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, with salary expectations between $62,500 and $70,000 plus benefits and compensation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Appropriate insurance license in good standing
- Experience as a Broker
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Senior broker or peer coach experience preferred
- Management experience is an asset
