Job Summary
Team Leader to supervise a Day Programme for adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), oversee staff supervision and development, ensure high-quality person-centred care, maintain accurate documentation, and support multidisciplinary collaboration within the STAR Programme. Requires MQF Level 6 degree in Social Science or Disability Studies, 3+ years’ disability-sector experience, English at C1, and compliance with POMA and immunization; duties include organizing schedules, coaching staff, onboarding, training, policy drafting, and on-the-floor support to ensure safe, respectful, and effective care.
Required Qualifications
- MQF Level 6 (Degree) in Social Science or Disability Studies
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the disability field (ideally cognitive / PMLD)
- High proficiency in English language (C1 Level - both spoken & written)
- Protection of Minors Act (POMA) compliance and immunization requirements
