Job Summary
Team Leader II position at Butterball responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor with daily production duties, coordinating setup and operation of equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and GMP policies, providing feedback to supervisors, assisting with training and evaluations, and maintaining punctual attendance. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, communicate effectively, and lead by example; responsibilities include supervising line personnel, observing equipment for malfunctions, and supporting daily production goals in a meat-processing plant.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
- Must be able to use basic math and typing skills
- Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required
