Team Leader II - Facilities | Titleist

Team Leader II, Facilities leads and develops a team responsible for safe, efficient operation of plant systems (steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, water). Oversees building/grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime. Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure regulatory and safety compliance, supports emergency preparedness, and drives continuous improvement. Requires coaching and training of facilities associates, focusing on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Pay range reflects leadership responsibilities within a manufacturing facility.
