Job Summary
Team Leader II – EVIS DS at Butterball in a production environment. Supports the Production Supervisor by assigning and instructing daily production duties, observes equipment operation and safety issues, provides timely feedback to the supervisor, assists with daily equipment setup and line readiness, completes checks and measurements, and aids in training and development of staff. Responsibilities include supporting new hire ergonomic evaluations and performance evaluations, ensuring attendance and punctuality, and being flexible to work weekends, overtime, and holidays. The role requires safety and GMP policy adherence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communication, and strong leadership, with the ability to work as part of a team and understand positions on the line.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
- Must be able to use basic math and typing skills
- Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required
- Must be able to work as part of a team and possess good leadership skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and/or speak English. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
