Job Summary
Lead daily production line operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets; manage production process discipline and SOP adherence; allocate manpower, assign shifts, and monitor progress; identify and escalate abnormalities; drive 6S and safety compliance on site; perform routine equipment inspections; provide training and coaching to new hires; maintain positive team relations; participate in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Prior experience as a production line leader or team leader in manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced production environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
- Basic computer skills, able to complete production reports and documentation
- Able to read and understand work instructions or basic technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with safety and production management requirements
