Team Leader I - 2nd Shift

Coordinate day-to-day activities within assigned areas to achieve established objectives, including managing work assignments, safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training. Work the line in multiple stations, think critically to solve issues, and escalate problems as needed while ensuring pull system and business standards are followed. Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, standard work, and leadership skills; provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Drive safety culture, conduct audits, and ensure TAKT expectations are met by jumping in to get the line back to target. Document misses, perform standard work audits, and lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce future occurrences and meet plant KPIs.
