TEAM LEADER - HOUSEKEEPING

Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level and supervise all housekeeping tasks, including ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries. Replenish guest supplies, attend to room damage reports, maintain equipment standards, and record room status accurately. Supervise public areas, complete regular room checklists, and report unusual activities to the Executive Housekeeper. Assist in assessing team attendance and performance while maintaining personal hygiene standards. Adhere to fire and life safety procedures and attend all assigned meetings and trainings.
