Job Summary
Support TPP staff with clinical and administrative oversight, providing real-time guidance, consultation, and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators. Deliver onboarding support and training to new hires regarding policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming referrals to determine program eligibility, then liaise with internal and external partners regarding service needs and risk. Coordinate efforts with community service providers to maximize resources in collaboration with respective clients while carrying an abbreviated caseload. This role requires a licensed clinical professional with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling, and at least two years of direct experience with underserved populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or other closely related field
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Master's degree in healing arts preferred
