Job Summary
Team Leader for the Community Support Program (CSP-HI) oversees clinical and administrative operations, provides onboarding and ongoing supervision to Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches, conducts comprehensive assessment and triage of CSP-HI referrals, and coordinates with internal/external partners to address service needs and risks. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience with underserved populations, and one year of supervisory experience. Master’s degree in healing arts is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm; annual salary $75,000–$85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field
- At least two years direct experience with underserved populations
- At least one year of managerial experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
