Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing/ Allied Health or health-related degree
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in supporting older people and carers living with dementia
- Ability to manage and support a team of skilled professionals across multiple sites
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good customer management skills for delivery of services
- A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel intra and interstate
- Empathy and patience
Desired Qualifications
- Eligibility for registration as a Health Practitioner in Australia
- Evidence of study and or qualifications in the area of dementia
- Knowledge of supporting older people and carers living with dementia
