Job Summary
Lead and mentor a diverse IT delivery team delivering multiple complex projects from Atlas Copco’s Global IT Hub, overseeing governance, stakeholder engagement, and resource management while driving innovation, agile delivery, and DevSecOps practices. Drive continuous improvement through automation, cloud/infrastructure-as-code, and scalable architectures (microservices and APIs), and foster talent development and cross-functional collaboration across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business-process teams. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on guidance to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives in a hybrid work setting at the Pune, India hub.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 2-3 years in leadership or managerial roles
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies, or equivalent project management qualifications
- Proven expertise in Agile delivery frameworks and familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices
- Strong technical background with deep knowledge of programming languages, .NET technologies, full-stack development, and software design principles including microservices and API architecture
- Experience with cloud engineering, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep), security practices, and monitoring solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and engage stakeholders at all levels
