Team Leader

Lead the team during shifts by organizing operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork and maintaining high standards for customer service. Deputise for management to resolve issues in their absence while keeping the bar safe, legal, and clean. Provide a heartfelt experience for every visitor and act as a role model by adapting quickly to challenges and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. This role requires an eye for detail and a positive attitude to support the community spirit of our pubs.
