Team Leader

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence. Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, dealing with issues quickly and safely. Lead by example to ensure the team has everything needed for a smooth shift. This role requires a great eye for detail, the ability to think on your feet, and a positive can-do attitude.
