Team Leader

Lead the team during shifts by organizing operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork, while deputising for management to resolve any issues that arise. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience, maintaining high standards and keeping them happy. Ensure the bar remains safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues quickly and safely. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating great service, pouring pints to perfection, and adapting to challenges with a positive attitude. Requires sufficient spoken and written English for allergen controls.
