Job Summary
Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to ensure operations run like clockwork. Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing any issues quickly and safely. Make sure the team has everything they need so shifts run smoothly. Bring a great eye for detail, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to think on your feet.
