Team Leader

As Team Leader, you’ll lead by example to ensure the shift runs like clockwork, deputise for the management team, coordinate the team to maintain high standards, keep customers happy, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean. You’ll help organise and motivate the team during busy shifts, model great service, and respond to issues quickly. You’ll bring attention to detail, deliver warm welcomes, think on your feet, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude while supporting apprenticeship pathways and career development across the brand. The role emphasizes team leadership, operational efficiency, customer experience, staff training, safety, compliance, and delivering a memorable pub visit with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.
