Job Summary
Direct donors and customers, model job duties for Production Clerks, and sort or rotate store stock. Operate the cash register and assist with material handling while greeting visitors and offering assistance. Perform other duties as assigned, including coaching one-on-one training sessions where applicable. This role supports the retail operation's mission of funding employment programs for Kentuckians facing barriers to work.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to make change
- Ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
