Job Summary
Team Leader at Goodwill SWMI responsible for delivering excellent customer service, leading a store team to meet and exceed sales goals through service, production, merchandising and accurate business practices; maintain stock levels and rotate inventory, manage cash handling procedures, train team members, follow safety guidelines, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated competence in interpersonal relations, leadership and problem solving
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling
- Strong reading, writing, speaking and communication skills
- Strong mathematics skills related to retail operations
- Ability to train and explain processes to others
- Ability to motivate self and others
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and theft-related background check
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator license
- Must have a reliable vehicle
