Job Summary
Team Leader responsibilities include co-leading the store team with the Assistant/Store Manager, taking responsibility in the absence of other leaders (keyholder), mentoring and directing staff to follow store policies, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and supporting the Store Manager to maximise performance. The role involves hands-on in-store leadership, resource planning, participating in community initiatives, and potential cover of the Post Office when required. The position requires previous supervisory retail experience (6+ months), strong communication skills, ability to train and manage workloads, and a customer-focused, target-driven mindset. Flexibility to cover early openings and weekend shifts is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 years or over; previous store retail experience; at least 6 months supervisory experience leading a team in a customer-focused environment
