Job Summary
Team Leader role overseeing 25-50 professionals including BPO Supervisors and processors in Accounts Payable, collections, and sales. Responsible for timely data/MIS reporting, collaborating with global stakeholders for accuracy and timeliness, resolving quality-control issues, ensuring productivity targets are met, implementing and standardizing procedures, mentoring and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and developing new hires to align with company standards and culture. Strong emphasis on team development, professional relations with internal customers, and ongoing performance improvement in an office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 6 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance.
- 2 years of experience in managing a team.
