Job Summary
Team Leader role in a Chick-fil-A restaurant supporting senior leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and accountability for operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading shifts, opening/closing, counting drawers, coaching and developing team members, and serving guests with enthusiastic, friendly communication. Must be able to train new hires, set a positive tone, be a role model, and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork.
