Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses in Mehiläinen’s disability services in Oulu, overseeing home-based nursing care, client-focused clinical work, and office-based planning tasks. Responsibilities include organizing team activities, planning and implementing nursing shifts, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating with the team supervisor, and ensuring high-quality client care in collaboration with clients and their families. Requires practical nurse or registered nurse qualification, Finnish language proficiency (with English for client work), and adherence to health regulations (tuberculosis examination). Hybrid model allows some remote work, with client-home nursing and office duties. Required Qualifications
- Degree as practical nurse or registered nurse
- Finnish language proficiency
- English language proficiency for client work
- Tuberculosis examination per THL risk criteria

- Office-based administrative planning and onboarding
- Ability to flexibly influence shifts and work in three-shift nursing
