Team Leader responsible for supporting site facilities and operations, delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and upholding quality standards. Lead the team to achieve high-quality service, greet and educate customers about benefits, engage with customers around the wash club, conduct quality control checks, manage customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
