Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of Self-Funded health plans, oversee preparation of financial statements and related analysis, and partner with Sales & Marketing on Self-Funded group matters; drive development and presentation of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses while supporting enterprise-wide projects and process improvements. Includes liaison responsibilities, leadership of analytics and reporting lifecycle, and collaboration with senior leadership and Board of Trustees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management/Underwriting and handling escalations for large group customers
- Experience leading through change (process redesign, system/portal transitions, new controls, communications)
- Bonus Points Previous leadership experience (formal or informal), including coaching/mentoring, workflow oversight, or leading process improvement initiatives.
