Job Summary
Lead the Finance Team at SIG’s Europe operations (bag-in-box and spouted pouches), overseeing AP, AR, GL, subledger, cost accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. Drive process improvement, period-end close, and internal controls; manage team performance, hiring, onboarding, and annual evaluations; collaborate with management to ensure quality service, audit readiness, and transparent communication. Requires 3-5 years in leadership within finance/accounting, a graduate degree in business/Finance, fluency in English, and familiarity with Cognos, TM1, Qlikview/Qliksense, and Infor LN; partially work-from-home option available.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in leadership roles
- Graduate degree in business administration with Finance focus
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Skilled at prioritizing effectively
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Infor LN, Cognos, TM1, Qlikview/Qliksense is nice to have
- Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
