Job Summary
Team Leader – Family Services to provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and oversight across Family Participation, Delegated Authority, Community and Kinship Care, and Family Finder programs. Ensure services are culturally safe and trauma-informed, support placement stability and positive outcomes for children and families, and lead documentation, reporting, and compliance across programs. Build strong working relationships with Child Safety, families, and community stakeholders. Permanent part-time role (4 days) on the Sunshine Coast with SCHCADS Level 6, based on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Youth Work, Human Services, or related field
