Job Summary
Lead store operations by scheduling staff, managing inventory, and enforcing safety policies to protect assets and maintain a clean environment. Drive sales and profits through merchandising, expense control, and customer service initiatives while assisting the store manager with financial reviews and marketing strategies. Build rapport with customers to promote loyalty programs and establish community relationships consistent with company values. Manage team morale, resolve problems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced retail setting.
