Job Summary
Lead the Family Farm and Home team by promoting mission values, supervising associates, and driving sales through superior customer service. Manage inventory, enforce safety policies, and coordinate staff schedules to achieve budgeted goals. Establish relationships with local community groups, solicit customers for loyalty programs and financing, and review financial statements to support marketing strategy changes. Ensure merchandise is properly merchandised and company assets are protected against theft and damage. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.
