Job Summary
Lead the store team by promoting company values, scheduling staff, and enforcing operational policies to drive sales and manage inventory. Supervise associates in merchandising, customer service, and safety compliance while protecting assets and managing expenses. Collaborate with the store manager on financial reviews, marketing strategies, and community engagement. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment.
