Job Summary
Lead the store team by promoting company values, scheduling staff, and enforcing operational policies to drive sales and control costs. Manage inventory, merchandise departments, and customer programs while ensuring a safe environment and resolving customer requirements. Collaborate with the store manager to review financial statements, adjust marketing strategies, and maintain professional store morale. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
