Team Leader (Express)

Lead a team of colleagues across replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations. Manage your section efficiently, keep shelves stocked, uphold standards, and ensure customers are happy. Coach and motivate your team, taking a hands-on approach and using data and insight to make decisions.
