Job Summary
The Team Leader for the evening shift is responsible for overseeing production processes, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires proficiency in machine adjustments to meet production goals, collaboration with machine operators, and prioritizing maintenance tasks according to the Preventative Maintenance Plan. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a strong commitment to team dynamics and safety practices.
