Job Summary
Secure efficient logistics flow in the Outbound or Online Department by ensuring smooth processes, correct loading documentation, and timely transport bookings. Lead and develop a team of operational staff by motivating employees, coordinating staffing resources, and supporting onboarding while handling ad hoc challenges. Ensure a safe working environment, communicate operational information clearly, and collaborate with the Department Manager on personal development plans. Work Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 in our temporary distribution center supporting the upcoming 10th DC build.
