Team Leader Engineering Production Facility

Manage and supervise the Industrial Engineering unit in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs. Identify improvement opportunities within your scope, apply expertise to enhance service quality, and ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution. Lead and animate direct reports by planning regular activities to cover operational steps, defining individual goals and responsibilities, and providing clear instructions with ongoing follow-up and performance evaluation. Assess training and development needs for team members, track their professional evolution, and implement actions to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development. Requires a minimum of five years of experience as a state engineer in mechanical engineering or an industrial field.
