Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and overseeing the successful delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget. Conduct performance reviews, analyze technical challenges, and implement effective solutions while managing project budgets and allocating resources efficiently. Establish organized workflows, monitor performance metrics, and facilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments to ensure project alignment. Mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols. Participate in strategic planning to contribute to the organization's engineering objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role or related technical field
- 2+ years of proven team leadership or management experience
- Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency with engineering tools, software, and industry-standard applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
