Job Summary
Lead shifts and coach team members in food prep, barista skills, guest service, and Pret standards; ensure smooth shop operations from open to close; deliver real-time feedback and support to help the team grow; oversee health & safety, food temperatures, and cleanliness; manage scheduling, inventory, and shift reports while driving sales and maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused shop culture; empower team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Pret values; opportunity to develop leadership skills with potential career progression toward general management.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- NYC Food Handlers Card
- Available to work in person +30 hours
- Led a shift of greater than 5 employees
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, and navigate tight spaces
