Team Leader

Oversee store operations by managing beverage and food preparation to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation. Assist in running shifts smoothly by directing team members through customer flow, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor service times for accuracy while supervising cash handling, including register transactions and till reconciliation at shift end. This role requires experience in retail or hospitality, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and the ability to foster an inclusive team atmosphere. Performance-based bonuses and free food and drink during eligible shifts are included.
