Job Summary
Oversee store operations by preparing beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation. Assist in running shifts smoothly by managing customer flow, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor service times while ensuring accuracy in every order and oversee cash handling, including reconciling tills at the end of the shift. This role requires experience in a team leader position within retail or hospitality, flexibility for various shifts including weekends, and the ability to foster an inclusive team atmosphere.
