Team Leader

Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, while assisting in running the store smoothly by managing customer flow, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor the store to maintain quick service times and ensure quality and accuracy in every order. Oversee and assist with cash handling, ensuring accuracy in register transactions and reconciling the till at the end of the shift. This role requires experience in a team leader position within retail or hospitality, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive team atmosphere.
