Team Leader

Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, while assisting in running the store smoothly by managing customer flow, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor operations to maintain quick service times and ensure accuracy in every order. Oversee and assist with cash handling, including reconciling the till at the end of the shift. Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
