Job Summary
Lead a sales team to grow QR and Soundbox adoption across the specified territory by driving distribution, market share, and merchant engagement. Responsible for recruiting and coaching the sales team, planning market size and geographies for field execution, communicating targets and plans to the team, monitoring quality and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, and ensuring market presence wherever sales and usage occur. Must be growth-minded, possess a proven track record in leading teams, graduate education, and be willing to travel extensively to achieve market objectives.
