Lead a high-performing team to accelerate QR & Soundbox sales for Paytm across the Anantapur area by driving merchant adoption, expanding distribution, and increasing market share. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the sales team, planning market size and geographies for field sales, communicating targets and plans to the team to minimize delivery gaps, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, ensuring team presence in active markets, and traveling extensively across the designated area. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of drive and initiative, prior team leadership experience, a graduate degree, and a growth mindset.
