Job Summary
Sell products/services for Paytm and manage merchant relationships from initial outreach to sale, while leading and mentoring a 5-member sales team within the QR & Soundbox business unit. Demonstrates strong channel and distribution expertise, market knowledge, and data-driven sales skills; proficient in Excel/data tools; must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, and a growth mindset to drive incentives and revenue growth across the Hyderabad/Mid Market segment.

- Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
- Candidate should have good market knowledge
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
