Job Summary
Team Leader to join the Downer Northland Corrections facility team, providing asset maintenance leadership on a 24/7 government-site, hands-on delivery and supervising a multi-trade service team to ensure quality workmanship and on-time delivery, including allocating work to trade resources, fostering strong customer relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes for the client.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant trades background and qualifications (electrical, building, plumbing HVAC)
- Minimum five years’ experience in a trade environments
- Demonstrated experience in operational leadership of a multi-trade service delivery team
- Hold current, full driver’s license – essential
- A good level of computer skills as all work is completed using computers and tablets
