Job Summary
Oversee service delivery within community and accommodation environments, ensuring daily supports align with each participant's plan and goals. Supervise, mentor, and develop House Leads and Support Workers while coordinating rosters and filling shift vacancies. Monitor NDIS plans, budgets, and support hours, and lead team meetings and staff training. Participate in an on-call roster to provide 24/7 support as required, managing medication and case note documentation. Maintain a positive, safe, and person-centred workplace culture. This full-time, 2-year fixed-term role is based at our Head Office in Mount Lawley and offers SCHADS Level 4.3 plus superannuation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the disability industry
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and NDIS requirements
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to engage effectively with participants, families and stakeholders
- Certificate IV in Disability/Community Services or higher
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Willingness to be flexible and provide on-call support as required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Australian working rights
Desired Qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards
- Knowledge of access and equity issues for culturally and linguistically diverse communities
